At Liraya Dubai, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

 Please note that we do not offer free returns—return shipping charges apply.

Returns

Can I Return My Order?

Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt if it meets the following conditions:

  1. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all components and packaging as received.
  2. The product must show only normal handling—damage caused by careless use is not eligible for return.
  3. Items that require hygiene maintenance must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
  4. If the product was received in a defective condition, please notify us immediately.
  5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item has been used, damaged, or does not meet our return criteria.

How to Initiate a Return

If your order qualifies for a return, follow these steps:

  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
    • Full name
    • Customer address

📌 Important: Never send returns to the sender’s address. We will provide the correct return address upon request.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

As our fulfillment system is fully automated, orders are processed immediately once placed. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

If you wish to cancel an order:

  • If the order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You must wait until you receive the package and then request a return.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase and return the item in accordance with our policy:

  • We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective upon receipt).

Shipping & Return Address

  • All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
  • As international shipping times may vary, we kindly ask you to provide tracking details for a faster return process.
